The University of Arkansas hosted A Salute to Veterans on Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, in the Arkansas Union Ballroom. Speakers discussed the connection between the military and educational opportunities at the University of Arkansas. Military personnel, past, active, and those who lost their lives were recognized for their service.
